A Week of Training Down

Good week of training this week.  I'm tired, but I feel like this was the first really good week I've had this year.  I took a long off-season, which was awesome, but now I've got to come back.  Which is work.  So...

Monday: 18 miles on the bike
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Gym - Back, Core, Quads, Biceps
Friday: Swim - 2000 yards
Saturday: Short Run / Swim - 2000 yards
Sunday: Medium Run - 5 miles

92.8 points for the week.  Not bad, right?
