Race Tomorrow

As I've mentioned here before, we've got a race tomorrow.  It's Sally's first triathlon.  And she's SO nervous, she's acting CRAZY.  Ugh.

Eh.  She'll be okay.  Once she realizes that the swim is short, and the rest of the race is MUCH longer, I think she might even be happy.

Go Sal!

As a fellow father, working stiff, and fan of triathlon, I'd love to see a post about when, how you squeeze your training into your life . . . while juggling your other responsibilities.

I find that I either have to get up at the butt crack of dawn or do late night sessions . . . both of which suck.

And then there's the whole sleep/rest thing. How do you make that work?

Let me know your secrets!

Alright, I started working on this today. Hopefully I'll have it for you by mid-week.

Please do not respond to that persons question, he's my husband and I need him around for our children and I - not out putting 81 miles + "in the saddle". If you really feel like helping him out though you could let him in on your pre-race yoga warm-up. Yes, I'm a selfish whore and I have intention of apologizing for that.

It's too late. I already wrote the post. It'll be up tomorrow.

As for yoga, I do a routine out of the book Real Men Do Yoga. It's the one with Eddie George on the cover. Great book. I can't recommend it strongly enough.
